WebCE Wins 2025 Silver Stevie® Award for Contact Center of the Year

We are all excited to share that WebCE has earned a Silver Stevie Award for Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) in the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This marks the fourth year in a row that WebCE has received a Stevie Award, following back-to-back Bronze wins in 2022 and 2023 and now consecutive Silver wins in 2024 and 2025.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of 176 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
“This award is more than a milestone—it’s a reflection of the consistent excellence our support team brings to every interaction,” said Jennifer Haworth, President of WebCE. “For four straight years, they’ve shown that personalized, attentive service can make all the difference. Their work sets the tone for our entire organization and continues to be a key reason professionals choose WebCE again and again.”
The Stevie Awards judges praised WebCE’s Support Services for their commitment to excellence and their unique role in shaping both customer satisfaction and company success.
“WebCE's Support Services team exemplifies exceptional customer service that goes beyond simply answering calls or resolving issues—they’re integral to the entire customer experience and the company’s strategic growth,” the judges said. “Their proactive approach, which includes reviewing course completion surveys and reaching out to customers with support before they even contact the team, sets them apart from many other support departments in the industry.”
A strong training foundation, growth opportunities, and an active voice within the company, enable WebCE’s Support Services team to keep raising the bar in how they support customers and contribute to company success.

Winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on April 10.
