Updated: Jun 12

WebCE has won the 2024 Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in Public Services and Education during the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This is WebCE’s third consecutive Stevie Award, winning Bronze in both 2023 and 2022, and its first Silver Stevie Award win.

We are thrilled to celebrate our outstanding Support Services team for their well-deserved honor,” said Jennifer Haworth, President of WebCE. “Their commitment to providing world-class service shines through every day, setting an inspiring standard of excellence for all of us at WebCE.”

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

The multi-award-winning WebCE Support Services team, led by Jordan Smith, saw a 96% satisfaction rating this year, or 4.8 out of every 5 customers. Customer reviews reflect an appreciation for WebCE’s personalized approach and deep expertise, which leads to quicker resolutions.

“I am incredibly proud of everyone on the Support Services team for their dedication, hard work, and exceptional performance,” said Jordan Smith, WebCE Director of Support Services. “This third consecutive Stevie win serves as a testament to our team's continuous growth and commitment to excellence in customer service.”

This year, the judges were particularly impressed by WebCE’s proven, established framework designed to ensure each team member offers world class service. The judges commended WebCE’s focus on continuous improvement, noting this focus on training and preparation “reflects their proactive approach to meeting customer needs.”

“I commend the Support Services team at WebCE for their impressive achievements and dedication to providing exceptional customer service,” the Stevie Award committee said. “Their commitment to training representatives to be experts in all WebCE products and solutions, as well as their emphasis on personalized support without the use of call scripts, is commendable and undoubtedly contributes to the high satisfaction rates reported.”

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 44 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were evaluated by more than 200 professionals worldwide across seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year.

Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, April 12.
